The heart of every festival is the Volunteers!

Each year we accept Volunteers to assist in the festival operations.

Deadline for applications: June 30, 2009
Due to the overload in the office during the event, we will not be accepting any Volunteer applications on July 3 and 4th, 2009. If you are interested, please fill out the application form and submit to our office before June 30, 2009. Volunteer photo’s must be taken before the June 30th deadline.

There is a 16 and over age limit in order to Volunteer at Crabfest 2009. Although we would like to accommodate all Volunteers – we ask that any volunteers aged 13-15 be accommodated by a parent or supervisor – parents must be willing to volunteer for the same shifts. This is for the child’s safety. The Volunteer Coordinator will make the final decision on applications aged 13-15.

All positions will be determined by the Volunteer Coordinator. It is not guaranteed that you will be placed according to your selection. We may shift you to where we feel you are valuable.

To be an eligible Volunteer you must commit to at least 8 hours of Volunteering per day.
