Vendor applications are being accepted until June 15th, 2009. Payments and completed forms must be in our office by the deadline. Currently, our office is steadily receiving Vendor forms each week in the mail. The Vendor spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Your payment and application secures your space. Don’t wait or you may not get space.

With the relocation last year, every Vendor space is ideal, with the stage in right in front and center you are able to enjoy the various musicians throughout the day while showcasing your talents through your Vendor.

Setup Time: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Vendors must be prepared to open at 11:00 a.m.
All Vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 10:30 a.m.
Vendor Size: 10x10
2 Vendor tickets will be provided for the persons running the Vendor. Extra passes required for staff will have to be purchased at the Crabfest office.
1 Camping Parking pass will be provided to you at no charge. This space will be assigned by the Gingolx Arts Society upon your arrival.

You Must Provide:
Your own electrical source (ie. Generator)
Tent
Chairs (2)
1 – 8ft table will be provided for your use.
