Camping/RV Registration for Crabfest is being accepted at the Crabfest office on a first come, first serve basis. Your application and payment secure your space.

Last year, we had 101 reservations, which didn’t include the campers in private lots.

Camping fee: $25.00/night

There is absolutely no camping or parking on the Church Yard and Main Street for Crabfest 2009.

Campfires will be in designated areas specified by the Camping Coordinator. Fire Permits are in effect and will be monitored by the Camping Coordinator and Fire Chief.

You must park and camp in designated areas as specified by the Gingolx Arts Society and Parking Valet’s upon your arrival.

Your registration is not guaranteed until your payment and application has been received. There are absolutely no refunds for cancellations or early departures. From time to time, we realize that you may encounter delays or vehicle trouble, but due to limited space, if you have not showed by 8:00 p.m. on the date of your reservation without contacting our office, your reservation may be cancelled.

We do not recommend late arrivals – this is for the safety for those that are already setup on site. It’s difficult to park an RV or Camper in the dark!
